A Celebration of Loved Ones
Join Fair Lane: The Home of Clara and Henry Ford as we celebrate the special people in our lives.
The Clara Ford Tribute Garden was established to honor Clara Ford and others who have made a difference in our lives. Funding through the Tribute Garden program will help support annual garden maintenance throughout Fair Lane’s landscape.
This year, the Clara Ford Tribute Garden sign will be displayed in the Blue Garden due to ongoing restoration at the Powerhouse and Garage.
With your $150 tax-deductible donation, your special person will be recognized on a banner among the vibrant blossoms in this garden throughout 2025. Your gift could be in honor or memory of a mother, father, grandparents, sibling, or anyone you choose. At your request, we will send a card to your honoree in time for Mother’s Day, if appropriate, or to another person of your choosing, informing them of your thoughtful remembrance.
We invite you to visit often and enjoy the gardens at Fair Lane.

The American Mother's Committee named Clara "Mother of Michigan" in 1950.
Clara Bryant Ford was inducted into the Michigan Women's Hall of Fame in 2017.
About the Garden
A mix of perennials and annuals are grown in the Blue Garden, including new varieties and rarely-seen heirloom plants.
During the 2025 growing season, the Tribute Garden sign will be located in the Blue Garden due to ongoing restoration work at the Powerhouse and Garage.
